We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that product colours, packaging, or appearance will display accurately on all devices.
Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, minor manufacturing imperfections, packaging wear, print variations, centering differences, or seal imperfections may occur and do not necessarily qualify as defects.
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, household, or order.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Lucky Pull TCG.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, reseller activity, pricing errors, stock inaccuracies, technical errors, or suspicious purchasing behaviour.
Due to the nature of trading card and collectible products, certain items including sealed products, booster packs, booster boxes, tins, mystery products, and other collectible items may be non-refundable once opened or tampered with.
Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.
Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to cancel or amend it.
SECTION 4 - PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£).
Prices may change without notice.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information for all purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where payment cannot be processed or verified.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
Orders placed for delivery outside the United Kingdom may be cancelled at our discretion.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, supplier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss and ownership of products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
SECTION 6 - PRE-ORDERS
Release dates for pre-order products are estimates only and may change due to supplier or distributor delays.
We are not responsible for allocation reductions, manufacturer shortages, or delayed release schedules.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund pre-orders where stock cannot be fulfilled.
SECTION 7 - REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of sealed trading card products, opened or tampered items are not eligible for return or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where returned products are found to be used, opened, resealed, incomplete, damaged, or altered in any way.
