Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy on eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Untampered with and unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- Sealed where applicable
- With original tags and packaging included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
All returned items will be inspected before a refund is approved. Any items that have been opened, tampered with, used, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for ensuring items are packaged securely for return shipment unless otherwise stated.
UK Delivery & Returns Only
We currently only ship to and accept returns from addresses within the United Kingdom.
Orders shipped outside the UK are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalised products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (if eligible and approved) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must still meet all eligibility requirements outlined above, including being unused, untampered with, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
