- We aim to dispatch eligible early orders on the same working day.
- Orders placed after the daily cut-off usually ship the next working day.
- Dispatch days are Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
- During peak periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Shipping Method and Cost
- All parcels are sent using tracked 48-hour delivery.
- Orders under GBP 25 are charged GBP 2.50 tracked shipping.
- Orders GBP 25 and above qualify for free UK shipping.

- If your order has not yet shipped, contact us quickly and we will try to update the address.
- Once dispatched, address changes are not guaranteed and depend on the courier.
