Return and Replacement Scope
We only accept return or replacement claims for parcels that arrive damaged.
We do not accept general change-of-mind returns for sealed trading card products.
How to Submit a Damage Claim
- Email customer@luckypulltcg.com with your order number.
- Attach clear photos of outer packaging, inner packaging, and damaged items.
- Submit the claim as soon as possible after delivery so courier investigations can be raised.
Assessment and Resolution
- Claims are reviewed once full evidence is received.
- If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
- Where needed, we may request additional evidence before a final decision.
