- All products are sold as genuine and sealed where listed as sealed.
- Product images are for guidance and may vary by print batch or supplier run.
- Stock is limited and can change without notice.
3. Pricing, Orders, and Payment
- Prices shown at checkout are the prices payable at the point of purchase.
- Orders are only confirmed once payment has been completed successfully.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where fraud or pricing errors are suspected.
4. Shipping and Dispatch
- Standard shipping is GBP 4.50. Next day delivery option is GBP 5.99 where available.
- Free delivery applies on qualifying baskets over GBP 85 where configured at checkout.
- Dispatch is usually same or next working day depending on order time and processing volume.
- Tracked 48-hour services may be used depending on destination and courier availability.

5. Promotions, Perks, and Giveaways
- Perks and offers can be changed or withdrawn at any time.
- Where active, basket perks may include a free bonus pack over GBP 20 and a free graded card over GBP 120.
- Giveaway entries are linked to active campaign rules shown on the giveaway page.
- Current giveaway logic is every full GBP 20 spent equals one entry while the campaign is live.
- Winner timelines shown on the giveaway page are target dates and may require order validation before confirmation.
6. Sell Your Cards Service
- Fast Payout option is a 40 percent route and payment is targeted within 12 hours after receipt and checks pass.
- Full Evaluation offers are usually sent within 2 to 5 days after review.
- Sell For You is a managed sale route aimed at maximising return.
- Submission requirements include a full rotating video front and back outside sleeve plus front and back photos in sleeve.
- Submissions must be emailed to customer@luckypulltcg.com.
7. Returns, Damage Claims, and Liability
- Damage claims must include clear images of packaging and contents.
- Claims may be declined if required proof is not provided.
- LuckyPull is not liable for courier delays outside our direct control once dispatched.
